Expert manager, trader, and investor Jon McKee Queen is currently working with Amatex Capital. In the past, Mr. Queen was the Managing Director and Head of International Sales for two leading Kyiv-based investment banks, respectively, and has served as a transaction leader for several successful large public debt and equity placements of Ukrainian companies on foreign exchanges.

Jon McKee Queen works with Amatex Capital to develop, own, and operate large energy, exploration and mining, and investment projects in Ukraine while working alongside well-known, reputable, strategic Western partners. Amatex Capital is a private equity firm founded in 2015 with the objective to explore unique investment and arbitrage opportunities in Ukraine.  The firm approaches special situations and arbitrage opportunities through an American strategy called “activist investing,” utilizing superior management technology and new capital to achieve high values for the assets in which it invests. Many of the private equity firm’s team members possess more than a decade of experience working at high transaction levels in Ukrainian M&A, corporate advisory, private placement, and public placement deals.
